Got this for my dad because he kept pulling the car too far into the garage not leaving enough room to get around the car in the front. No problems so far just don't expect it to stop you if are going too fast. My dad loves it, and he parks perfect every time now.... hahahahahahahaha

I gifted these to my brother. He had been using a giant cardboard box as a stopping barrier between his car and the garage wall, but the box was crushed from being hit so many times. Installation done by me was part of the gift. First I cleaned the garage floor thoroughly with liquid Dawn soap and then rubbing alcohol to remove any trace of grease (grease will prevent the tape from sticking). Then I put masking tape on the floor to use as a guide for sticking the yellow bars down straight and in the right place. After giving the tape plenty of time to adhere firmly, I guided my brother into the garage and the parking aids worked beautifully. However, on subsequent visits I've noticed that my brother can't seem to aim his car for the yellow bars. If you are already good at aiming your car into a parking spot, these parking aids will be useful in stopping you at just the right point. If, however, you can't park worth a flip to begin with . . . just keep replacing that giant cardboard box. 🤣🤣

The self adhesive tape sticks well to untreated concrete flooring (cleaned with fantastic before applying to the floor). I use it to ensure my RV comes to the same parking spot in my garage every time, as I have only 3 inches of clearance between the back bumper of the RV and the inside of the garage door when it is closed. The bright yellow colour ensures you see it when walking around the garage when there is no vehicle parked there.Edward

First I don't review anything unless I used it for 6 months or 6 times depending on frequency. I used this for over a year just about every day with my modified Jeep with 33's and 35's. First thing is if you place it on a dirty floor guess what its gonna come up, in my case my garage is my work bay so, I marked my location with a sharpie once I had my Jeep just were I wanted it, the stop in the center of the tire so if I am off either way should still catch it, I have a Builder grade 2 car garage so 21'x21' so I need my front bumper just about touching the door to open my tailgate and not hit my tool box behind. I then swept and in my case power washed the floor, but you can get away with some dawn dish soap as a degreaser in the area. Then dry well and if your really wanna be sure use some rubbing alcohol to get anything left behind. Then remove the cover strips and place it on the floor-you did mark all 4 corner right? Then stand on it, consider you life choices that lead you to this point, and be glad you have a garage, approx 2-3 min or the day hey no judgement, you could move your feet around to make sure the pressure is even if you have small feed, size 12 here so I was okay. This is all best done on a warm day- read 50+ we can't all live in FL. Now for those people saying you roll right over it, perhaps not back or drive into your garage like running from an Ex, or your really need to do a number two everyday. Those extra 10 seconds to slow down won't cut into your scrolling time on you phone that much. I have 35x12.5x17 Mudd Terrain tires-read as very aggressive tires, and I can still feel it every time I back in, just take your time, like in the bedroom for some, or out cutting the grass so you can avoid your wife like my neighbor- serious dude its an acre 4 hours is too long to be cutting that yard, especially twice a week. The plastic has held up well, its easy to clean and has not squashed even when I parked my work truck 10,000#+ on it. And not so aggressive that it feels like your gonna chip a tooth if you do roll over it. Like many things in life do a little prep up front and you will be happy with your results.

Excellent product. Just make sure you get the measurements right. Has liberated space in my garage that makes it easier to open the boot with room to spare.

The home I am in has a 2 car garage, and it is a VERY tight fit, both in front of the cars, and behind. After a mishap that saw my wife activate the automatic garage door while the car was "JUST" inside the door, causing it to scrape her trunk (to the tune of $900.00 damage to fix), I started looking for something that would assist us with getting "all the way" into the garage.I read suggestions to hang a tennis ball from the ceiling of the garage with string, but am not really a "handy" guy, and did not like the idea of a tennis ball just hanging there at all times. I then came across these items on amazon. For reference, both of our vehicles are "cars", not SUVs. Both have factory installed 19inch rims. I mention this, as the way this works is for you to pull into the garage to the desired location, take the product and slide it in front of one of your wheels, mark the garage floor where the product is, back the car up, then remove the tape from the item and stick it where your mark is.Thats basically it. Takes about 3 - 5 minutes total, no tools, etc. In usage, you just drive into your garage like you normally would, until your tire touches the item. Its a plastic bumper, and is low enough that you CAN drive over it (meaning it is not like a cement stopper that will damage the underside of your car). You can definitely feel the stopper when you coast into your garage, and because people are already used to driving up to the cement type rails, there are no new "behaviours" that need to be learned. Simply drive up to it and stop when you feel it under the tire, confident in the fact that you are neither to far out, or too far IN the garage.I liked them so much I ordered some for my mother in law, and sister in law, who also have smaller "tight" garages. I really do not see a downside to it, and it is plastic, and very well made.Highly recommended for creating a safe zone in a garage for parking.
