The Eaz-Lift ReCurve R3 is a weight distribution hitch with an 800 lb. tongue weight rating that features adjustable sway control. By simply adjusting the clamp, you can decide how much sway control is exerted on the trailer. The ReCurve R3 will distribute the weight of your trailer across the axles of the tow vehicle and provide as much sway control as you choose. Or, turn the sway control completely off in dangerous or icy road conditions. Its top-loading spring bars give it more ground clearance than other hitches, and the streamlined design makes the hitch and the trailer move as one, while creating a sleek look. Includes a 2-inch hitch ball with an 8,000 lb. rating.

Great Hitch with anti away.Took about an hour to installIt is heavy though. It's quiet and the adjustable sway control is far better than the bar style. It's nice that the weight distribution bars go on from the top.

This review is for the V3 600lb tongue weight 8k total haul, weight distribution anti sway hitch system. It came packaged well. Instructions are good, but leave a little to the imagination I just looked again at other installation pictures online and it went well. I towed it with an empty 6x12x6.5 ramp door single axle trailer with a newer silverado crew 1500. Before installation, the trailer empty had a lot of sway on highway at speed and in bad wind, or passing large vehicles as you would expect. Even towing with the front dropped low (bad for gas, and your truck squats) it towed bad. After installation ot the V3 system it is a very noticeable difference. I towed it empty 10miles of highway passing semis, and down bumpy back roads. Definately wayy better! Truck and trailer sit level, and the vehicle handles close to hoeit does with no trailer. Once I drive it longer I will update. And add some pictures next time I have it hooked up.
