Hallo zusammen,ich möchte euch dieses Pizzablech wärmstens empfehlen. Als Koch verwende ich in meiner Küche zahlreiche Töpfe und Pfannen aus Gusseisen. Dieses Produkt ist sofort einsatzbereit und kann problemlos verwendet werden. Jedoch sollte jedem bewusst sein, dass hochwertige Utensilien aus Gusseisen auch gepflegt werden müssen. Es ist ratsam, diese regelmäßig mit kalt gepresstem Leinöl einzureiben, vorzugsweise nativ. Auch sollte das Einbrennen in regelmäßigen Abständen mit diesem Öl erfolgen, da es eine bessere Patina erzeugt als raffiniertes Leinöl.Gusseisen ist anfällig für Rost, daher sollte man sich vor dem Kauf überlegen, ob man bereit ist, die erforderliche Pflege aufzubringen. Es wäre schade, solche Produkte zu kaufen und dann ungenutzt stehen zu lassen, da dies zu Flugrost führen kann.Ich persönlich bevorzuge Küchenutensilien aus Gusseisen, da sie bei richtiger Pflege über Generationen hinweg vererbt werden können. Es ist ein nahezu unverwüstliches Material. Wichtig ist auch, dass ihr diese Utensilien nur mit lauwarmem Wasser abwascht und keinesfalls Spülmittel verwendet, da dies die Schutzschicht angreift. Verwendet zudem keine Metallgegenstände wie Pizzaroller oder Stahlschwämme, um die Oberfläche nicht zu beschädigen.Gusseisen benötigt seine Pflege, und wer den Wert seines Produkts schätzt, sollte diese Hinweise beachten. Got this for the sole purpose of making crispy Indian pan cakes AKA Dosas and it does an amazing job at that. The heat is even on a gas stove and the photos are of the 3rd dosai made in the very first batch after purchase and rinsing clean with water. The 14 inch size makes it easy to make restaurant style big dosas and saves time. Highly recommend.The surface is a bit rough so I was skeptical but was pleasantly wrong and it was well seasoned with no sticking.

BACKGROUND: Was looking for a larger non-stick frying pan but trying to avoid Teflon. Loved our 10" Lodge skillet but the larger versions are much too heavy. Decided to try these pizza pans as a frying pan. My first purchase was the Cuisiland 13.5" Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Pizza and Baking Pan. This pan was not perfectly flat with middle about 3mm higher, causing my induction top not to sense it, plus it made oil settle on the perimeter. I looked at other brands and avoided anything that looked like the Cuisiland design since it likely came from the same factory and likely had same issues. With hesitation, due to lower price, I purchased this Camp Chef one. I noticed Guga Foods uses Camp Chef products so I had some faith in this brand.REVIEW: After a sacrificial onion cook to get the pan ready, I cooked a couple eggs...they stuck to the pan like crazy. Wondering if I made a mistake on the purchase, I trudged on for a month frying bacon, sausages, fish and veggies. Today I did some eggs again and it's just as non-stick as my well seasoned Lodge skillet. Lesson here is be patient and build up that seasoning. I love the light weight (relative to other styles pans), flatness, large size (can do lots of bacon) and versatility. Looking forward to using this on the camp fire, inside the charcoal BBQ, and making pizza with it. I feel guilty for spending only $30 on it, very good value. One modification I'm looking to do is making some removable wood handles for it. Those short stubby handles are too hot to handle without oven mitts.

I've had this pan for nearly two years. We use it almost daily for raw tortillas and also for the occasional pizza (start in oven, finish on stovetop). We've also used it as a flat grill for burgers, steaks and bacon. It's perfectly nonstick for those uses. To clean, I just scrape it with a wood turner. I keep the seasoning fresh with whatever fat I have on hand - rendered animal fat, high-oleic sunflower oil or avocado oil, usually. I also don't usually heat it beyond medium on my gas stove except when searing meat. It's been great!

Perfect for homemade pizza. I also use it on the stovetop to fire homemade flour and corn tortillas. I've used it for yeasted and unleavened flatbread of all kinds. This is like the Swiss army knife of bread making. I looked for a large multipurpose flat pan for ages. So glad I found this one. It's a large enough size to allow a lot of flexibility. You can fit two or three small flatbread or you can make full sized sandwich wraps. If you clean it while it's hot & keep it well oiled, it won't let you down. Also, it has a rim, so you could technically use it as a griddle for flapjacks, grilled cheese, fried eggs, etc. Overall it's a solid piece of kit.

cannot run out from the rusty surface , i tired all the way to clean it ,it seems is painted and paint is gonne now i have to deal with rusty platte .dont waste ur money ur will throughout later, u cannot cook with rusty thing

I have a Wood Fired Oven and cook up to 40 pizzas in an evening when we have friends over, they are all cooked right on the hearth floor, this pan is not for that type of cooking... Initially, I got this pan to use to make gluten free crusts. Get the pan hot, put the gluten free dough in, pre-cook it, then add the toppings, it works well for that. It also makes great pizzas in our regular oven or on the grill when we are just making one for the family.But think outside of the pan! It is so much more than just a pizza pan. As examples, it makes great Naan bread, fantastic for a quick stir fry, we just did up some steak fajitas using this pan. Got everything sizzling, cooked each item in its own corner of the pan, then called everyone in for dinner while the pan was sizzling hot. Everyone served themselves, all were careful, the meal was fantastic and as good as you will find in any upscale restaurant.This pan is a little lighter than some on the market but very well made and good value for your money.Cast iron is easy to maintain. Learn how to care for cast iron and it will become a family heirloom for generations.Be careful though, cast iron holds its heat and can give you a severe burn.

This Cast Iron Plato is a Great size, a bit heavy but made very well. Exactly what one would expect from a good quality product. First time use was a home made pizza and the crust was cooked evenly with a crisp bottom, definitely going to Do it again. I also roasted Chile’s and Tomato’s for some salsa, Perfect! Lastly, and the primary reason I bought it was because I needed a larger size comal for warming up those Burrito Size Tortillas. 5 Stars

I ordered two because I make regular and gluten free pizza . After opening them up I washed them and oiled them and made my grandson a gluten free pizza. It came out fantastic. Gluten free crust can be tricky but this pizza came out wonderful. The cast iron is a decent weight just heavy enough to crisp the crust to perfection. I have other camp chef pieces too, the muffin topper, bread pan and pie plate and all are excellent pieces of cast iron. I will be using these pizza pans weekly because Friday is pizza night. My opinion is these are great pizza pans. I would recommend these to any pizza lover that also likes cast iron. I will be using these on the grill when it gets just a little warmer.

Another great piece of cast iron cookware, this pizza pan is really great. Its just deep enough to make it great for a thicker crust pizza and its wide enough to give you big slices if you want 'em. It heats really evenly and I've found that with a little seasoning in the oven, is really nonstick compared to some other pizza pans I've used. The only downside is that it takes a little longer to heat-up the pan, so the top of your pizza is going to cook faster than the bottom. This can be re-mediated by either warming the pan up in the over slightly, then transferring the pizza on, or just letting what will be, be. I love this pan, and you will too!
