This cookware is essential and convenient for camping. The utensils are made of good quality material, namely stainless steel and silicone. This set comes with 2 retractable forks, for when you need the forks shorter or longer, a chef's knife, a soup spoon, scissors, 2 meat knives, a fruit knife, tongs, spatula, 2 meat forks, and a whisk. Also, it comes with a handy dandy pouch made of oxford cloth which makes it strong and durable. I love having something tough to carry my cookware in so the sharp pieces do not stick through. This is a good quality cookware set. I will be using it the next time I go camping. At that time, I can find out if the silicone spatula melts when using it for frying. It is very frustrating when you buy a spatula and the end of it melts in just a few times of use no matter how careful you are not to leave the spatula in the hot skillet. The spatula is pretty useless after that. The description of this cookware set states that the spatula included in this set is heat resistant and will not scratch the pots and pans. I will see.

Cute little set. Plenty of items for your camp kitchen. Nothing is super high quality but if used periodically and correctly it should last years of use.

I go camping a few time a year, often down to the outer banks region in North Carolina. Camping always means cooking outdoors, and this set is geared for that. The cooking tongs, prongs, and other long-handled utensils are great for both propane and wood fire cooking. The whisk works well for making scrambled eggs and pancakes. The two knifes are of the stamped rather than forged variety, but are plenty sharp and are anodized and come with sheathes for protection against the elements. The ladle and spatula help out with morning breakfasts. The kitchen shears, though lighter-duty than the ones I bought at Target, are functional and have a bottle opener for that well-deserved evening bottle of microbrew.

Saw this listing indicating essential set and thought this would be great thing for my prepping/survival stash. It is all compact and ready to go in a go bag.Star Rating System (What do my star ratings mean?):1 STAR - Completely unusable, would request a refund2 STAR - Meets minimum viable product requirements, wouldn't purchase it again3 STAR - It does what it should, but in a non-spectacular way, I may recommend it, but definitely with reservations4 STAR - I like it. Compact. Decent zippers. Quality fabric on exterior. Everything has its place inside which I like. Not a lot of room to add your own tools. Included utensils are decent quality. Knives come with blade guards. Overall this is a decent set for the occasional user or someone just getting into camping or over landing and doesn’t want to break the bank. Heavy users or campsite gourmets may want more.

Which would you rather do: go have a picnic or stay home and pack for a picnic? If you'd rather go, get a quick essentials set like this that you can store ready-to-go and just grab it when it's time to go. It saves you from having to gather everything up each time you want to head out.Downsides? Two: 1, you need a bigger/better knife to go with the small ones here. It's not that these are bad, just that they are well-done small knives. Get a big one to add in the case.2, the telescoping forks are mostly useless, which is fairly normal for telescoping forks.Having one of these, though, saves you from wondering "Did I bring the whisk?" and instead lets you keep your camp set together and leave your kitchen funcitonal.

I was in need of a set of cooking tools for camping and tailgating and this set really fits the bill. The carrying case is compact and appears to be durable and the tools feel strong and not flimsy. It's amazing how many essential grilling tools they packed into one case. I also like the size of the tools. They are a little more compact than my home grilling set and therefore easier to pack into a backpack, knapsack, or tailgating bag. I'd recommend this product to others.

I'm really impressed with this camping utensils kit. The larger knife came incredibly sharp ready to chop up yummy meats and veggies. It's not the thickest metal but doesn't flex that much. Also, both knifes have a thin plastic safety sheath. The pan items are silicone based so no worries about scratching all the pans you have up. Even comes with a whisk and a ladle. An equal star to this show is the canvas type case it comes in. The material feels similar to a sturdy backpack and is sized perfectly. Nice and flat, simple to pack on your next adventure.A really good value for the money. Especially for the weekend warrior with children. It also come with open fire roaster sticks for hotdogs and s'mores.Don't forget to always douse, stir, and douse again your campfires! Nobody likes accidental wildfires.
