These filters are built impressively well. I have Canon mid grade lenses that also have metal threading on them, they lock in place to the point they are hard to get off at times. Some may find that bad, to each their own.

The benefits of filters without the high price!I keep the UV Filter (Ultraviolet Haze 1A) on at ALL times.The Circular Polarizing Filter is great for outdoor shots to increase color saturation, like darkening blue skies so that white clouds stand out.I haven't used the FL-D Filter (fluorescent) yet, hope to get a chance over the holidays.The carrying case is a bit bulky, but offers good protection of the filters.
