I use only OEM print cartridges for my Canon Pro-10 wide format printer. I have tried third party products and they do not produce the same rich colors as the original cartridges.The only reason I gave it a 4 star for value is that these cartridges are expensive, especially if you do alot of printing. Otherwise, it's a great product!

I have been buying my PGI-72 ink from Amazon using Prime for many years. Only recently no longer available with free prime shipping. Used to be able to get this ink with prime for $14 each. Now lowest price is $23.33 as of 4-25-2024. If the ink doesn't come back to prime I will continue buying at a local company who sells it $14.99 each. Bye Amazon... on this item

This is a good product for my Canon printer, but they are becoming rare to find because of overseas problems. There are alternative inks that work, but having a brand name adds confidence to your buy. The price is not bad, but the shipping price is increasing.

Let’s face it, printer ink is a ripoff and I’m sure it would cost me less to send it out. I’m not sure why I enjoy DIY printing but the genuine ink cartridges give consistent results and don’t leak.

I'm happy that I am able to buy my genuine replacement ink for my printer, have it arrive right at my door for me and always is the best quality! I spent over $1000 on a awesome Canon professional printer so that my wife could print her own photographs at home. To prevent voiding your warrenty you MUST use Genuine Canon Pixma Inks. On a few ocassions, I have purchased inks from other online websites and when they are delivered I find they are 'refurbed' so I can't put them in the printer, I NEVER have to worry about that with Amazon! With Amazon I get the best price for these pigment inks, I can be confident they are 'Genuine' Canon Ink and they arrive right at my door, it doesn't get more convenient than that!

My high school son is a photography fanatic. He's self taught, and won awards in a number of juried competitions. We purchased the Canon Pixma Pro-100 printer to print out his photos to 13" x 19". These are the ink cartridges for the printer. We have been very happy with the image quality from Canon. The colors are crisp and vibrant. We have been using the whole suite of Canon products, as in camera, lens, printer, ink and photo paper. We have printed our own prints, and sold them at craft fairs. The quality is the same as what I would get from sending them to a print shop. And I get more control the framing and the exposure of the image by printing them myself.

The Pixma system is great but expensive. It's good to have the blacks and gray ink on hand particularly if you are printing large format black and white photographs.

Canon printers and Canon Ink are superb! Yes, I am a Professional Canon shooter with 1DX and L series lenses that bring incredible results and allow the Canon printers and ink to do their superb work. I am not sure if keeping it "all in the family" makes a difference, but I can tell you the results from my Canon Pixma Pro 10 and Canon Pixma Pro 9000 Mark II (uses different ink) along with the Canon Ink continues to get rave reviews from clients no matter what type of paper the photograph is printed on. You cannot go wrong with Canon photography equipment and accessories.
