Pump arrived with a broken fitting on the unloader., tried to remove fitting and damaged what I thought was the fitting. fitting was made into the casting of the unloader valve. I damaged the unloader thinking that it just unscrewed had to buy a new unloader valve before using. because of wrench damage I did not try to return it

So far been running this pump for two months. Seems pretty good quality and working like it should! I had a 4gpm 4000psi General pump and this is a 4.8gpm 3000psi but this one I do notice more water volume coming out so that's good. My only complaint was the regulator doesn't come assembled on the pump and it wouldn't line up straight with the adjusting knob on top mine is sideways when it finally tightened up. Still works great though. Sometimes its running 6hrs a day of course I plugged one of the return holes and ran a 3/8 line to buffer tank so cold water is constantly going through the pump when off the trigger.UPDATE after using this pump for whole washing season it ran good and didn't break down. The only thing that I had to do was replace the glass water inlet fitting because its held together by orings and it comes loose and will suck air and come apart so I replaced it with just a NPT fitting for garden hose. I will buy this pump again if needed.

Well made pump with oil sight glass. The unloader when installed and tightened does not position the adjustment knob vertical (pointing up).Being vertical and out of the way was important to me because of the layout of the equipment on my trailer.I was able to go to my local hardware and get a hydraulic fitting that would allow me to be at "Tight" when I ended in any position with the tightening of the 2 treaded pieces in one coupler.Still give it 5 stars because it made me think out side the box and works great.Green Canpump is my new go to source for pressure washing pumps and I also see they have other products also.
