Bought these as a replacement for one of the snaps on my Fender 7 guitar stand. To my surprise it fit with the existing snaps perfectly. Easy to install with the punch and hammer.

Easy to install snaps and they hold very well. Used it to attach canvas to side of gazebo. None of the snaps have come loose during average winds.

I really like the kit and it was great for installing skylight insulators in my RV. It was very difficult to figure out how to install the snaps without the instructions and the video showed someone using special pliers which were not part of my kit. I reached out to the company and they did send me the installation instructions. I have put them in the pictures for others to have.

I bought this kit to replace the male parts of pearl snaps on a vintage Wrangler blouse. The original top part was secure but the bottom parts had rusted and fallen off. I used the silver coloured bottom parts after determining they would close with the original top parts. The instructions provided were clear and the tool provided was easy to use. It did not require a lot of strength to attach the snap parts. I will definitely use the coloured parts to secure my pillow cases. Delighted with the product.

Practice on a scrap piece of fabric before you use it on your clothing.Once I knew how to use the tool and snaps it was easy!I had to YouTube how to do it since I misplaced the instructions but just took some trial and error on a piece of scrap material.

The product works great!I know that applying snap buttons can be quite tricky if you are doing it for the first time.I used to have a very nice professional one before moving to Canada, which I couldn't bring with me because it was made of cast iron, so heavy! And still, it can be tricky to align the button parts well.But If you make sure to go through the fabric before using the pliers, placing this part with the fabric already trespassed and aligning the two pieces well (I like to hold it in place carefully while making sure the pliers are closing the right way) there are no issues with the functioning. I got it wrong a few times, and carefully removed it with jewellery making flat pliers.Buttons are smaller than my previous set, but as I wanted it for baby clothes, they are just fine.I haven't washed the clothes I made yet, I am hopeful the buttons will be rust free, but can't give a say on that yet.

Be aware, this set does not come with instructions but it was fairly easy to figure out and worked well. The snaps hold up to tugging and look professionally placed. If you are crafty you won't have any trouble with this product

These worked for my baby onesie project, going through multiple layers of knit fabric. Only time will tell if snaps will stay in place through wash and wear (my confidence level about this is middling).The instructions in the package could be much better and the snap installation tool does not work as it does in the video. For example, the outside decorative ring (the pronged piece) does not stay in place when resting in the tool. Some magnetic or other holding action would be required. You have to always hold the outer (pronged) ring upside down or it will fall out of the tool.It would also be good to know that it is important that the correct side of the female part faces up and to make it clearer in the instructions which side this is. It is really hard to see in the video and I prefer to see this information in the instructions that come with a product.If I have to go to a video, to me that means not everything necessary is included. I figured everything out though trial and error, using up multiple snaps in doing so. I'm not saying no video because a visual is helpful, I just expect decent instructions with the product.Finally, there is an additional tool, apparently for hammering the snaps(?), but no instructions.

Easy to use make a nice sturdy snap button. Have placed a few now on kids costumes that i have made. It's nice to not always have to rely on velcro, (what i usually did before) and the kids (4 & 6 years) can usually take them on/off fairly easy on their own. (depending on the location)
