One of our dogs has a thicker coat, and tends to get hot during car trips (our car AC primarily only cools the front seat). I hoped this would cool her down, and I think it helps a bit - but it does require the USB cord to be plugged in constantly. That’s my fault for not paying better attention to the listing description, but since we usually use our USB cord to charge our phones on long car trips, this kind of forces us to take turns. Otherwise, the clip mount works well and it stays in place pretty nicely — I just wish we had the option of running it on some battery power.

I really like the idea of using an infinitely positionable hose for the backseat car fan, but the execution of this product is poor. The hose cannot hold its position. As the car moves and bounces around on the road, this weak hose dangles like a wet noodle. The only way we’ve found so far for this fan to work effectively is by placing the fan on top of the front car seat back shoulder area and only using the hose to adjust the angle that the fan points. Even then, it requires period adjustment to point it again in the right direction.

Sorry to give this a one star review but the support arm is just too weak which makes it impossible for the fan to hold the position in which you place it. Only a few positions that do not put too much weight on the support arm work and then too the fan flops over after a bit of use.I hope that the seller/manufacturer can fix the problem because this is a great idea and would be quite useful if it worked.I will update this review if needed based on further experience or if I figure out a solution to the problem.

this fan has been a life saver for my toddler and texas summer heat!! Before this, I would use a typical rechargeable stroller fan but I would always forget to bring it inside to charge it. I love that this one stays plugged in to the car so it always has power. the three different speeds are great too, it’s definitely strong enough to keep my son cool. My car doesn’t have AC in the backseat so I’m so thankful for this! I definitely recommend this and will definitely buy it again for the other side whenever I have a second baby!

I chose this because I liked the bendable hose. The 3 settings are sufficient. The fan isn't loud but isn't super quiet, it depends on the speed. It's strong enough to make a difference but not so strong you'd be surprised. For $14 it's not a bad deal. This can be plugged into a power bank and used virtually anywhere. That makes it useful to me.

I was surprised at how much airflow this fan can put out. It works great getting the cold air into the back seat of the truck. Not sure why they did not make the truck with backseat A/C vents. This solves the problem.The fan is powerful and quiet on the low setting. The fan is very powerful but less quiet (but still rather quiet) on the high setting. The middle setting is just right.I had no problems with the clamp and flex arm.Very happy with this fan.

It's a nice feature to have 2 different mounting options, I can attach the adhesive mounting plate on the dashboard to cool off the front seats or mount the fan to a headrest post to cool the rear. The cable is long enough that I can leave it plugged into the same cigarette socket when I switch the fan's location (front/back). The in-line remote switch allows you to turn fan on/off without having to search behind the fan housing. Fan is fairly quiet except at the highest setting but that is to be expected. The gooseneck is very stable & supportive so the fan doesn't rattle during use.

This fan is pretty cool with the ability to easily put it places due to the arm that twists into stuff. Kid backrest approved.
