Very hard to install. Would prefer a professional !!! 1G slow bit works fine, like an android tablet. Sceen 100% I like. Would buy again

Looks good specially for apple carplay I did have to keep the black cover off the back of the motherboard but made it work ac works fine I did mess up at first and broke the piece for the ac control knob so I had to buy another motherboard be CAREFUL 100$ later my mistake though . Works good so far

I grew up with alpine and eclipse radios, but for these newer cars with the fancy radios this thing is the best. While installing takes a bit of work transferring the parts it’s not hard just takes time. The fitment is perfect, the controls easy and to top it off it looks 100% factory. I do with the display was a little brighter but it’s more value for the money than I could ask for in my base model Fusion.

I really cannot recommend this head unit.Does it power on? Yes. Does it output audio? Also yes. But that’s about where the positives end.First off, the included instructions are garbage. They don’t even list the correct screws you need to remove — they claim they're Phillips head screws when in reality, they’re tiny hex bolts. So right out of the box, you're dealing with misinformation.I decided to patch in my car’s original backup camera because I wasn’t about to run a new one to the rear. That turned into a whole saga. The feed wouldn’t come through cleanly at all. After a lot of frustration, I figured out you have to put the car in reverse and then press and hold the center of the screen for way longer than anyone would reasonably expect — and only then do you get access to a secret menu where you can change the input resolution. That’s not clever, that’s stupid.Wireless Android Auto is laggy as hell, and the wired connection doesn’t work at all.Then comes the customer service, which is an absolute joke. I contacted them because none of the preamp outputs (sub, mic, etc.) were working from the pigtail. I assumed maybe it was a hidden setting, so I spent days digging through menus, including the factory settings (which I had to crack into myself), and found nothing.ALSO — the factory settings password is 8888. The seller tried to tell me it was 8317, which is just wrong. Getting into the factory settings actually lets you remove a bunch of the bloatware apps this thing comes preloaded with, which helps clean it up a bit — but it doesn’t fix the hardware issues.Had a buddy who runs a stereo shop test it — no voltage, no output. When I emailed support, the rep actually told me to plug it in — as if I hadn’t already done that — and on top of that, gave me the wrong password for the factory settings I already mentioned above.I’ll be returning this. I managed to patch into the door speakers to get around the subwoofer issue, and that worked — but the microphone output still doesn't function, which makes the unit basically unusable for hands-free anything.If you're thinking about buying this unit — don’t. Save yourself the time, the headache, and the support nightmares.And if you’ve already bought it and you’re struggling with setup or the camera config, feel free to shoot me an email at nerdcentral211 [at] gmail [dot] com — I brute-forced a lot of it into working, and I’d rather help someone else avoid the same pain.

The circuit board for the ac controls is not compatible with this radio. My ac is now stuck on heat because you have to take the panel apart and install controls and circuit board from stock unit to this and it WILL NOT fit!

The radio is overall fantastic! It does require a good amount of setup but was setup functions better than the nicer OEM radios.
