super good value for the priceI had the shaker 500 so I had to order the 12v to 5v step down and then also a metra harness which you only need to use one part of and the one white rca into the sub jack worked for me, im noticing pops sometimes but I haven’t gotten a chance to receive a message from support yet, they responded to me within three days last time,Functionality of the radio is great though took me about an hour to install and it sounds good, looks super good and not laggy at all, only thing im noticing is the WiFi drops out pretty easy but I think that might be my my phone service.Overall 9.5/10 id say only bad thing is there’s not much instructions so you need a little bit of common sense and research and you can figure it out!

Had for about 6 months. It was okay at the start. I figured after some updates it would be better. It still never displayed temperature, the plastic was paper thin and cheap, and hardly any of the buttons on the AC panel work. CarPlay works okay on it but becomes extremely glitchy. The fan doesn’t work, which defeats the purpose of me buying a model with upgraded cpus and overall it’s just slow glitchy flimsy and cheap. I would love maybe some help from the vendor to get this to work properly.

I have a 2012 Mustang convertible V6, and I spent quite a bit of time looking at different Android head units before slecting this one. It is mostly good, particularly for the price. The screen is quite large, and the Android OS is responsive. Climate controls work and the radio sounds good. I mostly got this for Apple Car Play, and that seems to work fine. Overall, it is not a bad choice. On to some particulars, the install instructions, as others have said, are not very good. The vendor would help themselves considerably if they offered more detail. For example, the instructions say there are 3 connectors that connect to the car, but only two fit on mine, and that appears to be all that is needed -- the manual climate controls connector on the car is not connected. The wiring between the panel with manual controls and the head unit is kind of confusing -- you end up wiring things to itself. In fairness, it is pretty hard to explain, and everything appears to only fit in one location.Android can have quite a bit of configuration and customization. This is both good and bad. You do have to configure the head unit for the car and canbus adapter you have -- it is confusing which canbus connector to select and instructions are sparse, so you just guess. Android in general can be a fit fussy about silencing the radio after you use Siri sometimes -- I have this issue on an ATOTO unit in my truck, so this appears to not be manufacturer specific. It is nice to to be able to quickly switch screens and start the radio playing again if it does stop. There are also other launchers you can install and buy and spend a lot of time trying to get things the way you want them. I'm not thrilled with the "out of the box" theme, but it is workable.Tech support is available! I have been in communication with them about getting my unit not displaying temperature, and even though it is not quite resolved, I have had timely responses. On the not so good stuff, the unit is running Andoid 10, not the claimed Android 13. The Fake Device Test app says it is Andoid 10, so this is false advertising to say it is Android 13. I'm a bit sore about that since in comparing with other units I did take the "Android 13" into account. The number of CPUs and RAM appear to be advertised correctly. As others have stated, the panel the head unit is mounted in is very flimsy. There are weak spots at the lower corners of the screen. I was afraid it was going to break when I installed it, but it appears to be just strong enough. The manual controls are mostly just touch buttons with no tactile feedback. Some more expensive units probably are better in this respect, but so far I have found it all serviceable.

It's a little more complicated to install than your average car stereo, but it's a notable upgrade. There are some similar products out there, but this one had the best reviews at a more reasonable price so I gave it a shot and so far I'm happy with the purchase. The climate control unit comes screwed into some frail plastic. Similar to other reviews, mine also came broken off on two corners upon arrival. I should also note that the unit was pretty well packaged. It just seemed like a weak point based on the design for a physical button you're going to pushing regularly. So I opted to fix it with epoxy which I think will make it a little stronger than it was originally.Setup:Hardware installation is as easy as making sure you put all the plugs in the correct ports. I also experienced a notable "pop" when it first turns out. Another comment suggested a 12v to 5v step-down converter so I'm going to give that a shot.First thing you'll need to do with the software is set your car type. If you're using the included CANbus box that allows it to talk the cars computer you'll need to note which one it is. The books says it's apparently found on a sticker on the unit. It didn't quite match for me, so I had to go through the list and test them and eventually landed on the RZC/Raise > Mustang > No CD. Once that was set, the UI changed and the climate controls became fully functional. We had a small issue where we could turn the air flow up or down on the climate control but we couldn't fully turn it off. We ended up plugging in the old unit, turning the air off on the old one and then plugging in the new one and the issue was resolved. I honestly have no idea if or why that would solve the issue but it worked.Use:I've only had it installed about a day so I'm still playing around with it. But it really is a tablet on your dash that interfaces well with the climate control buttons below it. You can install apps from the play store, use the radio app and anything else you could do with a tablet. It's actually pretty cool.
