This care refrigerator is a major upgrade from the smaller one that we’ve had for several years. First, it’s much larger. That’s great for holding a lot of food that we want to keep cool, but of course it takes up a lot more space. Be sure to actually measure where you are thinking of putting it to make sure you have the room.It works amazingly well and the temperature setting is very precise, as you can see in the picture.I really like that we can plug it into AC power in the house to get cold before a trip, then run it from 12V DC in the car, and it works just as well. It also has a long cord so you should be able to put it where you want in your car and stil be able to reach the power port.Lastly, it’s quiet. Our old one was quiet, too, but this one just hums along nicely. I’m hoping that we get many years of use from it.

First impression: I love how small, compact, and light weight this cooler is. I have 2 other coolers. An IceCo 50L and an HCalory 48L. I just needed something smaller and this fits the bill. This is the perfect size cooler for a day trip to the beach/pool, an overnight camping trip, a road trip, or just a trip to the grocery store to put your frozen items in. It's small enough to fit in a car but large enough to hold quite a lot of stuff. Now, keep in mind, you're probably not going to be storing a weaks worth of food in this, but I managed to cram 15 cans, and 8 bottles of water in it! Functionally it's pretty easy to use. You push the gear icon then use the plus and minus buttons to change settings like temperature, eco or max mode, and power saving mode. Energy wise, it's advertised to pull about ~3amps but in my tests I've seen it pull as much as 5.8 amps. I tested this inside my house at about 75 degrees. The compressor runs for about 5 minutes then shuts off for about 20. Obviously the ambient temperature will affect this quite a bit but I would expect this to last about a 24 hours with the 30ah LiFePO4 battery I had it connected to for testing. Not as efficient as I would like to see. It actually pulls the same amount of power as my larger coolers. The outside is all plastic. There are built in handles on either side. The top is removable and reversible which is very nice. The top also has a couple "cup holders" built in. The screen is easy to use, see, and navigate. The temperature of the cooler is accurate to about ~4 degrees. I find it's a little warmer than what you set it at by a couple degrees comparing it to a thermometer I put inside the cooler. I set it all the way to its lowest setting (-4) and it never got down to temperature. It just ran and ran and ran and never shut off or got to temp. Overall though it's still very useful for me. I usually don't use my coolers as a freezer, but this one still functions perfectly well as one. It had no problem freezing some water bottles I put inside. The temperature setting was at 17 degrees and it handled it no problem. Over the past weak I've been keeping drinks in it just to test it's longevity and it's held up no problem. The compressor is a little noisy, but not too loud. You definitely know it's there though. Over all I'm extremely happy with the cooler for what it is. A little light weight 12V cooler. I absolutely love it.

According to the instructions, this can be set to -4 F. I set it to 25F and put a container of water in it. After several hours there was a thin layer of ice on top of the water, so this is similar to how long it takes a regular freezer to work. I turned the temps down to 10F and within a couple more hours the water was frozen solid. We’ve had this plugged in since it arrived yesterday and it is absolutely freezing cold inside as of this morning, to the point where a bit of freezer frost is starting to form on the sides. So it does get very cold, and it stays cold. There is some noise from the motor and coolant running around through the walls of the cooler, but it’s very low volume and not obnoxious. It doesn’t run continuously, but just enough to reach and maintain the desired temperature. The controls are quite easy to use and are very simple. You can set the temperature to whatever you like within the stated range, so you can either use it as a freezer or refrigerator. I like this versatility. You can also change the side the lid hinges on, which is nice for having convenient access to the plug side and control panel no matter where you put it.I got the bigger size, and because some of the interior room is taken up by the motor etc, it still doesn’t end up being huge inside, but nevertheless will fit a couple six packs of drinks plus a picnic for two people quite easily. It’s a good size for road trips, a tailgating party, or as a supplemental cooler for an RV or trailer, which is how we plan to use it. Not having to use bagged ice means that you can keep stuff cold without it eventually drowning in water as the ice melts, so it will be good for those items you need to keep cold but dry.It comes with the appropriate cords/transformer to either use it in a regular home wall outlet, or plugged into your car’s 12 volt outlet.I’m quite happy with this cooler so far. If it lasts well, it will be a very good acquisition for our camping trips with our trailer.

I recently bought this portable fridge for my car, and I couldn’t be happier! The cooling speed is amazing it chills drinks quickly, so I always have something cold to enjoy, no matter where I am. The build quality is rock-solid it's built to last I can even sit on it without any issues. It’s also sleek and looks great in my car. One of the best parts is how quiet it is, I barely hear it running. Definitely recommend this for anyone who wants a fast reliable and quiet cooler!
