The instructions are very vague and there is no customer support. I could not get my steering wheel controls to work and my turn signals did not work correctly after installing. I have installed multiple radios and this thing is a complete joke.

Overall this is a really nice upgrade for the truck. It’s still packed with features that it’s being a bit overwhelming. So expect a little bit of learning curve if you’re new to this sort of thing. Looks pretty much OEM, it even has a feature to adjust the display color so it matches that of the rest of your truck Something that someone neurotically me really appreciates.If you’re installing it in a truck that had the GPS shark fin antenna yourself a favor and throw the thing I linked below into your car along with it. It’s the one connector that set up doesn’t come with and it allows you to use your factory GPS antenna. To get power to my app, but I had displace the blue cable in with the red. I ordered this radio to fit a GMC-compatible dashboard. The unit's wiring is very specific to GMC, including CANbus interface to work with the car's built-in controls. It includes a backup camera and wiring, microphone, GPS antenna, etc.-- everything you might need. The User Interface is fast and responsive - better than other third party decks I've used. I was able to get the head unit on the LAN to obtain date/time, and also to potentially download Android apps from the play store. The one thing I couldn't customize was the external camera type -- some other AHD cameras are different resolutions (e.g. 720 vs. 1024) and frame rates, and I was unable to find the setting for that, not even in the factory setup menu (pw: 000000). This might not be a problem for you, since it plugs into the vehicle's harness which includes camera. I did NOT test the sound quality.

I bought a 2015 Chevy Express for my company, but the stock stereo lacked bluetooth and navigation which is important for my work. This new head unit fit perfectly, was easy to install, the camera is clear, better sound quality than stock, and I love that it has android auto so GPS, messages, calls, and spotify all work flawlessly. The system settings and menus are easy to use just like an android phone or tablet. Overall a great upgrade for a great price!

Installation was very simple. All of the needed connections are supplied and clearly marked. Excellent addition to my 2008 Tahoe.

This radio looks a lot better than the factory one, and the touchscreen is a big improvement, especially if you're upgrading an older vehicle. One thing to keep in mind is that it doesn’t include a CD player, so you’ll need to rely on Android Auto or CarPlay for music. That might be a downside if you’re going off-grid, but it does come with 64GB of built-in storage, which gives you a bit of flexibility for offline use. The display isn’t super high-definition, but that’s not a huge deal since most people aren’t staring at it like a TV or laptop screen. Installation is pretty straightforward since it’s plug-and-play and includes all the wiring you’ll need. The instructions aren’t the clearest, so it’s worth taking your time and testing everything before locking it into place. Overall, it’s a solid upgrade with good features for the price.
