After installing this radio, the overall interior feeling has been improved. The 9-inch screen has good clarity and the touch is quite sensitive. After connecting CarPlay and Android Auto, navigation and listening to music are much more convenient, and there is no need for a mobile phone holder. The Bluetooth connection is also stable, and the sound of making and receiving calls is clear. It took a little time to install, and there are a lot of wire connectors, but fortunately the manual is clear. The rearview camera has a satisfactory image quality. It is good to use during the day, but it will be a bit blurry at night when the light is poor.

Just installed one of these today into a 2018 Ram with the small 5" radio and wow what a upgrade. Install was actually a breeze... Probably 45 minutes from start to finish. Everything was plug and play and required zero modifications to the stock harness/plugs to make it work 100%. Touch screen works great, the wireless carplay links right up and is very reactive. I was able to use the OEM rear backup camera without having to splice or do anything. Instructions on using the OEM camera and not the one that it came with were hard to find but was simple once I figured it out. The picture on here makes it seem as you connect your OEM camera to the USB that they have the red arrow pointing to. You simply plug the Yellow RCA "CAM CVRS" to the Yellow RCA "Camera IN" and you are done (see the picture I uploaded) Factory camera and factory lines show up on the screen and the lines still move when you turn the wheel. Another added bonus is when you adjust the fan speed and climate control it shows up on the screen... As you turn the temp up/down you now get a digital temp number on the screen (ex 71/72/73 Degrees F) vs just adjusting from the blue or red dial. I thought that was a pretty cool feature

Wow product way better than I expected. Fit my 2021 dodge ram classic flawlessly and only took 30 min to install. Bluetooth and maps works great. Sound is better and OEM back up camera still works.

Ordered this for a 2018 Ram 1500 Classic truck. Very easy to remove the old radio and install the new radio. I did not use the backup camera that came with this unit. I simply plugged in the wire that came from my existing backup camera. I suggest searching online for videos to install a radio / gps enabled system. The directions are "ok" but a video will help a lot. If you take your time (took me 2 hours and I went VERY slowly) you will find that this plug and play is quite simple to install. I do not use the 64GB storage feature but it is available. The available settings are incredible! Love the 9" touch screen.
