You get what you pay for.Figured that'd be the case so I gave it 4 stars.Hold down bracket very cheesy metal.Paint could be scratched off with fingernail so I undercoated the tray and painted bracket.For the price, it'll do what I need it for

Purchased 2 for campervan battery mounting. One appears perfect, the other one appears to be a second with the folded corners misaligned, so poor quality control. I'm not too worried as they willl be out-of-sight when installed.
