I got it put on my car and my first impression is good. It’s lightweight as some of the other comments mention, but between the mirror belts and the flaps on the side that you tuck into the door when it’s shut and putting my wipers over the bottom, it’s not budging at all. There was a fairly strong wind while I was putting it on and once I got it secured, it stayed right in place.I don’t know yet how well it does preventing frost, but we’ve got arctic temps coming in over the next few days so I will get a good indicator of how preventative it actually is. My car has remote start but I always forget to use it because my keys are downstairs in the morning when I’m upstairs getting ready for work or about to drive my daughter to the bus stop. So hopefully it will at least help out on the days I forget to use the remote start!

Lightweight and would tear easily. Would not hold under the weight of snow or ice. It’s about the same weight as a plastic tablecloth.

To say I am disappointed with this purchase is an understatement. If you want a wafer-thin product that is super cheap quality and which is guaranteed to blow away in the slightest wind, then this product is for you. Consider yourself duly warned.

Pas pour nos hivers Québécois. Tissus très mince. Si moindre vent le tissus balloune et pluie verglansante et neige s’infiltre en dessous.
