Ok...so I knew it would be a challenge to find a cover that would work....this one is just a bit smaller than expected, and I knew I would have to modify the top to accommodate a bike rack...and I DID make it work by ripping open the top and adding straps in 3 places to hold it down. Even without the bike rack it would have been a tight fit...and it could use an additional strap to hold the back side tighter..nevertheless, overall it is a great product! Fabric seems sturdy and has a water resistant finish

It's a little bigger (longer) than I need but still works great. I've been using plastic bags the last couple of years and they just don't last or stay on. Consequently, the top of my electric jack has cracked, I only have myself to blame. This should keep the rain and UV rays off and add years to the life of my jack.

First time I put it on the strap pulled right out of the seam of the cover....no, I did not over tighten... I think I may have gotten a defective strap....comes in a nice bag and looks great, just disappointed....

Used the wrong way around it fitted a T@B 400 with a JackIt bike rack! See photo. Keeps the main weather away. Like the reflective strip

I think it's going to do the job. I got it on, strapped and while it was calm and dry stayed in place. My concern is it's shape. Not sure of how many trailer tongues are shaped the way it is. Yes I saw the pics when ordering, but since it is for my horse trailer vs. our travel trailer figured it would work. And so far it does. If your jack is high like a lot of travel trailers are or electric I don't think this will work for you. If you have a crank jack horse trailer or boat, this should work. With the straps and cover I was able to tuck the safety chains and electrical in it as well to keep those out of the conditions too. When the weather turns bad and it keeps everything dry and stays on I will come back to up the # of stars.
