got this for the replacement carb I am going to mount on my 1970 Honda CT90. the old gasket is falling apart and the new carburetor didn't come with one. it fits the hole pattern and the price is right at just 7 bucks. comes with a plastic spacer, an o-ring, and a gasket. seems like a good value
