Float is impossible to get right. Runs awful and pours fuel from overflow constantly. I’ve spend hours trying to make this thing work. This is the second one too thinking the first was just a lemon.Can’t return because mail won’t take anything with fuel smell.

This was the cheapest carb I could find so I half expected it to be junk. First off I had to swap the throttle plate with the original as they're slightly different...not a big deal. It was a bit of a pain to adjust; had to apply a ton of pressure to the driver while I turned the screws to keep from stripping heads. Let my daughter ride it for about 3 days and it started overflowing with gas. Pulled it off and tools apart and sure enough one of the floats was completely full of gas (pictured). Swapped out the float from my original carb and she's riding again. Curious to see what breaks next. I guess you get what you pay for.

Junk bogged at full throttle the dirty old card worked way better after a half a$$ cleaning in the altrasonic cleaner

I bought this for an 80cc Yamaha moto 4. The carb was a 98% drop in replacement. After everything was in place I started it up expecting to tune it a bit but it was right on purred idling.
