If you have the 12AVB29Q711 model, this carburetor this DOES NOT have the post for the auto choke flap. You can probably put something in to take the place of the post but I don't like surprises since it says it works for that model. I expected it to have everything I needed w/o retrofitting. Don't get the gaskets wet or it will melt. I got some gasoline on it, which is my bad, and the gaskets fell apart.

Everything bolted up fine but the carb they sent wasn’t set up for my mower. I had to make modifications for it to work. Could’ve been my fault not sure. It runs thats all that matters

It comes with a new carburetor, all the gaskets, a new spark plug, and a new air filter. I took pictures as I took the old stuff apart, so I could put it back together correctly. It was easy and my lawnmower works like new. All at an incredibly reasonable price.

I installed this carburetor on my Troy-Bilt lawn mower and got it running. It sounds kinda funny, but the engine holds up as long as I don't push it too hard on those knee-high weeds.This kit also comes with a spark plug, a fuel filter, a fuel hose, an air filter, and some carburetor gaskets. It's good that it came with a hose because I accidentally ruined my old one while fiddling with the old carburetor. Easily replaced non working carb on lawnmower. Needs picture for proper placement of gaskets. I also had to modify choke leaver on carb to work with this Troy Built lawnmower. Works flawlessly now. Starts first pull.
