As a Vine Reviewer, I’ve been lucky enough to try out so many fun products that show up on my doorstep (a big shoutout to the awesome Amazon drivers!). Most of the time, they come in cardboard boxes—sometimes a ton of them! While we do our best to break them down and recycle, I thought it would be much more fun to create some cool stuff for my cats.We’ve made some cozy little houses for them, but I struggled a bit with the scratchers. I've got a zip snip, but my cuts weren't quite straight, and let’s be honest, my cats can be pretty picky! Then I discovered this fantastic new tool that has a replaceable blade, just like my box cutter. It’s designed so that the cardboard fits perfectly flat against a guide, which means I can cut perfect strips every time. It’s amazing! My teenager even jumped in to help, which is super fun.I love using this tool while binge-watching a show or listening to an audiobook. We’re excited to make these scratchers to share with our friends who have kitties and to donate some to local shelters. It’s such a great way for us to get creative, make good use of the cardboard, and bring a little joy to kitties who are still looking for their forever homes!
