The steering gear was shipped quickly, installed easily, and has been working fine for the past 3ish months. So that's all fine and dandy. Filled out the online form on 8/28 for the core rebate, printed the shipping label and got it off the next day. 9/19 received an email the my core had been processed and that the $70 core rebate would be sent via email within 4 weeks. Here we are 10 weeks later and still no rebate and no response from Cardone's rebate center "contact us" system.5 stars for the steering gear itself. Negative 5 stars for the core rebate.UPDATE!!!Steering box is working fine 6 months later. The real shocker is that the core rebate email finally showed up today!!!! Still amazing how 4 weeks actually means 6 months though.

But this gear Box in 2020 finally got it put on and it does not Work at all will not circulate fluid everything else on vehicles OK.

It did the job and continues to work 6 mo the after purchase twreing got a little harder but I'm okay with that since I'm still trying to fix the death wabble
