Fits and works in a 1989 jeep wrangler yj 2.5l just fine. Only problem i had was getting the brake light switch mounted. I had to grind a little bit of the connecting rod that goes to the foot peddle. The new one measured 0.16th of an inch the original was 0.12. Other than that perfect.

Fit perfectly on my '89 yj, prior to installing, I prepped the housing and painted it. Swap over bracket, fire wall seal and brake light switch. Makes braking easier and no vacuum leak that is constant in the cabin.
