I ordered this after I had purchased a different company's distributor, because it didn't work when I installed it. I heard of Cardone auto parts before. It was $30 more than the first one, but when I installed it my truck started right up. Purring like a kitten now! Well made, and has the mark on the shaft to line it up, like the original one. The 1st cheaper one didn't have! Recommend it 100%

Not well packed. Arrived with cap broken. Overly tight fit. Had to use emory cloth on some edges to get it to fit.

For the first time since I purchased my 2001 Chevy Blazer (brand new), I had to replace my distributor. This was the best one, based on reviews, that was within my budget. My mechanic installed it today, July 22nd, we took it for a test run afterwards and I had zero issues. Will update as time goes on.

hold down screws for the body of distributor to the mounting plate are very weak, the heads break off very easy. had to find some that were steel or brass. the distributor works well and seems well made, just needs better mounting screws.

For the price compare to the cheaper ones sold on Amazon, I expected to be like oem, a marking on the shaft to line up the distributor. But there was no marking to line up the bottom gear. otherwise I would have bought the cheaper ones on Amazon with no marking on the shaft. Quality was good. Van is running.

Fixed misfire problem. Original distributor had 330,000 miles.Very tricky install. Took 2+ hours of frustration to get it to drop in correctly. Would have been nice to have a you tube how to.
