Be careful! This kit does not come with Carriage bolts, it comes with regular Phillips head bolt, meaning if you mount it, anyone with a regular screwdriver would only need to unscrew the 2 bolts and be inside your trailer in about 2 mins. Not sure what the point of this is? Not safe or secure at all

This works well, feels good and no restrictions on movement. This makes it easy for handles to be opened and closed without worrying about being restricted. Locks fit well into hasps to secure cargo, they seem secure without worrying for them coming appart. I think they are a great value and would use these on different box trucks in the future.

Recent purchase of older dry van trailer that needed some renovations and fixes. I needed to replace the door latch. This was perfect. It was very durable and easy to install. No issues after installation and have used the trailer many times since replacing with this one.

These fit my broken latches perfectly on my smaller enclosed trailer - before ordering make sure you have 4 1/4" bolt spacing on your current latches. These were about the same thickness and they were the same size as the ones on my small enclosed trailer; I did notice that they were not as thick and were shorter than the ones on my two other large enclosed trailers - so they are made for lighter duty use. In any case, they work well and swing very smoothly and come with the mounting hardware for a clean installation -

Fairly sturdy construction. Only complaint is the screws shown in the pictures that they are installed are a good security screw that not every one has, but what came with it are just phillips screws. So as good as the hasps are anyone could just remove the screws and defeat any security.
