If you're in need of some Loto hasps this would be a good place to start, comes with 8 individually packaged will made hasps. They seem to be sturdy the red plastic material put on well, it's not missing material, no big mold lines, or other defects everything functions as intended and all are uniform size.

I don't really have a lot to say about these -- what interesting things can you say about lockout hasps anyway? -- other than they're functional and a good value. They fit my single and double pole breaker lockouts just fine. They're a little loose on the pivot rivet, but I couldn't pull them apart and the rivet seems solid. The plastic didn't pull off the metal when I tried. Like most LOTO stuff they won't stand up to a dedicated attack by someone with a grudge or an angle grinder, but if that's a risk you've got bigger problems at the job site anyway.
