As a contractor is use Cartell sensors on all of my gate upgrades and new installations. They make awesome products. I recently (mistakenly) ordered part # CWSEN for an exit sensor for an installation, that I'm working on. Ordering in a rush... I didn't realize that it was just the sensor. After I received the order and opened the packaging, I noticed the receiver was not inside. I called Cartell to let them know that the receiver was missing from the packaging The women that I was speaking with informed me that I had ordered the sensor only, which does not come with the receiver. What she did next shocked me, she said I will ship one to you for free! That made my day! Cartell is the absolute best! Thank you, thank you!!!

In the product details, directions were uploaded and it says you will get the entire system the puck the board screws everything even the batteries. but this is just a puck. Customer service was very good and worked with me all the way through the process.
