I bought this to pair with a Dalstrong slicing knife. Its the most impressive fork I have ever held. Super sturdy, strong, and sharp. Excellent value.

This is the fork you need to remove that heavy roast from the pan or oven. It is very sturdy and I believe it will safely lift a 14lb Turkey with no danger of bending. It is also designed to make it easy to carve the roast with it's straight forward design. As a bonus it is a bargain at $17 when compared to some of the similar but more well known brands; like the Wüsthof 4410 at $130.00

I was looking for a good carving fork that was not only reasonably priced, but could go through the dishwasher. This is a well made fork and very sturdy. I had no problem lifting a turkey out of the pan with the help of this fork and it also works with will smaller cuts of meat and poultry.

It’s a straight forward design the handle is not wood but is instead made of some kind of composite material. Unlike many other flat carving forks, these prongs are thick with a solid weight. Everything about it feels durable and low maintenance. Because the handle is symmetrical and not offset from the fork, you could easily use it to twirl and serve long pasta as well. Just keep in mind that the points are very sharp so keep this away from your nonstick cookware.

A solid fork that really gets the job done. For years, I've always managed to inherit forks from friends and family, and they've always been so flimsy, I've been tempted to even try and bend them with my mind. This fork was originally purchased to plate pastas, but its the real deal and I was able to pick up a whole ham with JUST THIS FORK! You wont' regret this purchase. OH, it also goes very well with my Wustoff knives.

Have had numerous forks that all seem to bend due to weak or thin metal. This fork is heavy! It's forged steel, there is no way this is bending from picking up a piece of meat, maybe a car, lol. What is really amazing is the price, went to the factory outlets to a high end knife store and it would have cost me a hundred dollars more to buy one like this. Great product, great price, what more can you ask for.

I needed a new carving fork but was having a lot of trouble with the value proposition of the one that matched my wusthof classic knife set. After looking around I eventually decided to try this model as it appeared to be well made and visually matched my knife set reasonably well. To be candid I could not be happier with this purchase. The quality is fantastic and this is a heavy, well made, serving fork. What don't you get? Finish quality. However, in my opinion this is more than good enough. If you are a stickler for the highest quality finish on your products this is not for you. If, however, you can live with a slightly lower quality finish, fantastic materials and construction, and the best value I know of...then this fork is for you. It performs flawlessly and to a person people think its worth far more than it is based on its feel in hand and performance.

A very sturdy, well built fork regardless of price. I own a set of Henckels Pro-S knives, and it was hard to find a reason to pay the insanely high price for that fork. This fork is large, and will hold large cuts of meat in place. The only negative, and it's very slight, would be that the finish on it is slightly less polished than the higher priced versions. This really doesn't affect the performance, and you could most likely sand it to perfection with a very fine grit paper. But that's being nitpicky. I would buy this again if someone ran off with it... you should too if you're looking for a sturdy fork at an amazing price!
