I ordered an XXL and got an XL that is too short for me. Unfortunately, I needed it to take on vacation and it wouldn't be here in time if I have them replace it. Also, I don't know how it qualifies as "quite" or "silent:, it's neither. I'm not going to return it and I doubt I'll get a refund if I don't. So, looks like I have a jacket that's too short for me. Oh, and, I think it needs a right breast velcro for a patch added to it. But, with all these gripes, the jacket is warm and has plenty of storage pockets (pockets for hands would be a nice addition. The velcro to fasten the hood in place should be one continuous strip on both the jacket and the hood).
