If you have a floyd rose (or ibanez edge) trem, you should own this. It blocks the bridge from the front of the guitar and as long as you're doing a regular string change, it'll work just fine. But also helpful for changing tunings as well.

I didn’t find this useful for blocking my tremolo. It was too thick for my set up. The Allen wrench set for the back of the head stock is a nice addition and they are in arms reach if needed on the fly. Buy a different wrench set and use a 9 volt battery or stack of business cards to block your floating tremolo. You might be able to save a couple of bucks.
