Use this product to protect your horses tail when trailering. It’s not meant to be left on for a long period of time while the horse is in her stall or pasture. We braid our horses tails first (like a long ponytail braid, not a fancy show braid) and then attach the tail protector around the dock before we load into the trailer for shipping.

Not as well made as I’d like. Harder to get on and adjust than the professional choice one I had for years. Wish it was a little longer. We use it for breeding. It works and the price is decent...not sure if I’d buy it again..

This tail wrap does exactly what I needed it to do. It protects my geldings tail when he rides in the trailer. He has a bad habit of leaning back against the door and he had his tail rubbed raw.Used this for a few months whenever we trailer out, and his tail is back to normal.

I like it. It's perfect for traveling with a horse that likes to rub his tail on the back window... Would buy again (as the price is right).
