Deore weighs quite a bit more. XTR doesn't have enough teeth and is twice the price. For the price v weight v performance this has been the gold on Shimano drive trains for quite a while. Over two bikes and four wheelsets I've repeat purchased this cassette many times over. Often lasting a few thousand miles without issue.
