This is actually the second one like this that I purchased by a different brand than the first one I got and this one actually sits vertical instead of horizontal like my other one but they basically snap together the same and so far have been extremely happy with these. These do take about 20 minutes maybe even 30 minutes to put together depending on how long you take to do it and knowledge and skill but it's not really too tedious in the second time around I was able to get it done much quicker. This thing arrived on time and very well packaged with no damage and there is a big giant amount of parts that you kind of have to sort through but once you kind of get the idea it's actually a breeze to get it together. This one I actually like better than the first one I got because it actually came with a cat bed, a cat hammock, a litter box, and also a food dish. This is basically like a double decker one so the whole entire bottom is open and then about two sections of it is going to be the loft area. I like how this one actually has six sections that are shaded off with either the brown or the white depending on how you do it which kind of doesn't allow the sunlight to come in there and dry out food and also beam down on the cat litter box. This one is nice because it allows my kitten to have tons of room running back and forth unlike the vertical one that I had where she didn't have that much room to go back and forth but was able to climb a lot higher. I am trying to figure out a way to connect both of them together so that way she has a very large bottom and then also three tiers upward to move around but I haven't really got around to putting them together yet. Overall the bill quality is very good on this and the functionality of it is pretty straightforward. There's two doors that allows easy access for both the upper and lower layer and it's actually super light to move around so for the price paid I think it's 100% worth of money and if you're on the fence about it I say get it. My kittens are wild one and likes to run them back and forth and Claw everything and it's pretty rough on it and it seemed to hold up with no damage so far so I think it's a no-brainer on this one

I foster kittens for the local shelter every year. It is hard to find an enclosure that lets the kittens get enough light without allowing them to escape between the bars. This item fits the bill. The wire and plastic feel a bit thin, so I'm not sure how long this will last, but I will only put young kittens in there so that may extend its longevity.Overall, I'm pleased with this and hope to use it for many years.
