This fit my cat well, and seems safe and secure. I thought my cat had an interest in going outside, but as soon as I put this on him and try to take him out, he plops down on his side and refuses to move. So I haven't really gotten to experiment much with this, but it does fit well and I don't think he can get out of it easily, so it seems safe and secure.

My kitten is too small for this right now, but it looks well made and he didn't complain when I put it on him. Looking forward to the days when I can use it!

It’s hard to train a cat to walk, or even get this thing on them. But, we did and then the cat just laid there. But, we are giving it a go. The cat does have to get a bit bigger for this one, so I wish it came a bit smaller since you have train them early.

I love how breathable this harness is. I plan to use it for a dog, and they generally more likely to be doing more strenuous exercise outside than cats, so I really appreciate the breathability to prevent overheating. The leash that came with isn't great so I took off one star.

As I write this my daughters are in our backyard with our cat wearing this harness. He has been bolting out our backdoor so I wanted to get something that would allow us to take him out with us so he can enjoy the outdoors. I may have mis-measured him because the front of the harness is as tight as it can get and it's not tight at all, but the straps behind his front legs are great so I think it should be fine for what we're using it for, but be sure to measure, measure again, and maybe measure a third time :) Edited to add after a day of using this, the padding under the straps moves a lot and folds up under the straps, so if you have a wiggly cat this could mean the straps digging into your cat. It didn't seem to bother our cat so it's fine, but just be aware.

This harness is definitely not a small because even when made as small as possible it is too big on my cat. They also only use two buckles in the back so you cannot adjust the front straps to be smaller. If they used a 4 buckle design than you could make it way tighter for cats that aren't fat

Nice harness jacket and leash for a cat or small dog! Easy to put on. Easy to use! Fits well and looks comfortable for my cat. Love that it is more delicate looking than a harness jacket designed for dogs. Great price! Good value! Now my cat can go outside with us and we won’t be afraid of her running off.
