Instructions were okay, the holes for two of the dowels where drilled too deep which in turn made getting the screw in a struggle along with have no hole for it split the wood.Other than that two of the anchors broke, I only got 20 A screws so had to find another one somewhere else.Only able to have the ladder and landing up cuz when my cat jumped on the moon one of the anchors came out, might have been just cuz of the wall but we did have issues with other anchors

It would be 5 star if it had come painted and had predrilled the holes where the screws were to go. (If you do not predrill the screw holes it will crack)I recommend painting each of these pieces before assembling and mounting on the wall. We chose white to match the room it was placed it.It is adorable and one of my favorite things to walk out and see in the morning with a little buddy laying up high.Has been very sturdy even with an 18lb cat who loves jumping to the different stages.

The product itself is very cute unfortunately the wood is cheap. The wood cracked while screwing in the moon, I will have to place glue over it to hopefully prevent it from completely snapping off in the future, also the wood is very thin and does not have pre-dripped holes so my screw ended up breaking a piece off and is now visible. The wood is not treated or has no protection coat so will be easily stained. I foresee the fabric needing to be washed with its light color and in order to do that one side of the moon would need to be removed so I worry about having to unscrew and rescrew the wood and how the item will hold up with the issues I had just putting it together.

The smallest shelf is the only one I’ve put together. When I screwed the boards together the wood split and broke off because the holes were barely pre drilled! The center screw split and broke a chunk of the wood off. The outer screws started splitting the wood as well. I drilled the holes deeper to be able to get the screws in but the wood is still split and the center is ruined. I haven’t tried the others yet. I’m so unhappy with this product. Also the backside of the cat shaped wood is damaged. I ended up throwing it away because I was so frustrated with the poor quality.

I was so excited about getting this for my new kitty and when it finally arrived it is a real project. You need a drill to put this together and the wood is so thin if you miss holding it tightly in place, you will drive the screw right outside the wood pieces. Unfortunately I have to return it because I am not that good with drilling into thin sided wood. All of the other wood items I have purchased from other sellers are easy diy with screws you do with an allen wrench-wish this was the same.

I love these and, more importantly, so do my cats. It took them a while to learn that they could jump from one to the next to the next, but once they did it was great. Now, they use them so easily! In fact, I underestimated how far they are comfortable jumping, so I am going to move them a little farther apart. I also love how I could mount them as is, or easily could stain or paint them to match the room decor. Great product!

I love this set so much for our little princess. It's really easy to assemble, very sturdy and super cute. We did paint it before we put it together, super easy to make it fit any space.

It's amazing! Perfect and absolutely amazing quality! I would give it 4 stars for how complicated it was to put together, but in general, I'm bad at directions so that may have just been me being dumb lol! My Cat finally went it in on his own after like 2 days and he loves it! I would recommend to put in a small blanket or sweater because my cat didn't like it until I did that.
