My original fountain pump quit working. I ordered this & works great. It was easy to replace the old one with this new one. I do think it is priced too high. You can almost buy a whole new unit with the price.

We have had our fountain for about 5 years, when the pump started making a lot of noise and intermittently working. The replacement pump works perfectly. It was easy to replace and I was glad we could just replace the pump.I would definitely recommend the pump, if you need a replacement.Our cats love this water fountain.

I bought this to replace the original pump and it works great. Very strong and doesn't make any noise. Easy to clean and install. Perfect fit for my babies' water fountain. I'll definitely buy again when the time comes for another replacement.

This is small and I have to refill every few days. i had to replace the motor after a year but my cat likes the spout and prefers to drink from it more than the larger one I have.

I gave it a three star because I found the add a little miss leading, especially the gallery photos.READ THE DESCRIPTION!!I thought I had found a bargain, on the cat fountain since, there was another for a little more. I received the filters and the water pump but no fountain.The advertisement was not clear in the gallery, it did however, show where the filters and pump goes. Naturally, I took it to contain the complete set up. My mistake but, hey, I fixed the original fountain. Ordered the water fountain, I thought, I had ordered the first time.

Very easy to replace, but they only last about 7 months. I first bought the fountain in 2022 and then had to replace the pump/motor twice in 2024 and would be on my third now, but I think it's time for a new water fountain instead of buying a new pump every 6-7 months.

We really like this one (cat and people). The super quiet ones were too quiet. Our cat ignored it. This one has a very small water sound as it flows. It's still VERY quiet and the cat recognized it as water. 😊 We keep it in a larger room so maybe if in a small room or a bedroom this might be too noisy for some. It's small (we have one cat), easy to clean and I can find replacement parts easily. After a year, I replaced the pump. I replaced filter sponges every 3-4 weeks. We think this is a definite value for the money.
