The scooper itself is a great size, and I was super excited when I got it. I use Skoon litter and I thought the holes would be big enough, and they do work eventually. Required much more sifting than with the scoop Skoon provided. I planned on using it for a few days to see if it got easier with practice or something, but it broke on day 1. The handle is very thick and sturdy, but the scoop itself is made of very thin plastic and it cracked while I was sifting through the litter box. Requested a refund and ordered another Skoon scoop.

I think this was specifically designed for the Catit pea litter, but it works fantastically on any kind of large pellet so that you don't end up scooping tons of litter along with cat waste. With the large holes, I waste much less litter when I use it with the Catit. I also use it for the Breeze system pellets. It's also really generously sized for shaking off litter. It has a hole so you could hang it up. As litter scoops go, this one was very thoughtfully designed!

Only reason I gave less than 5 stars was the wholes terribly large and poop just falls through. Gotta remember that small cats and Kittens can produce really small poops.

The scoop was a good idea but the design needs some work. The thickness of the handle is a bit cumbersome for small hands. After several weeks of scooping pine pellets the scoop started “creaking” during use. It finally broke in half a few days later while leveling the litter.Pros:-Spaces large enough for pellet litters-large scoopCons:-plastic not metal-large size is cumbersome for smaller hand-plastic cracks with normal use

I recently started using pine pellet litter. (It is pine bedding for horses and small animals, such as rabbits. I got it at Tractor Supply.)The litter is great but it is difficult to scoop the poop while leaving the pine pellets behind. This scoop is perfect! The pellets fall right through the holes in the scoop and you can easily remove the poop while leaving the litter in the box. (The litter that has been peed on breaks up and can be sifted through the holes in the bottom of the sifting litter box.)Anyway, if you are using pine pellet littler, this is the scoop you need.

It's decent quality however it was much bigger than expected and hard for me to hold as I have small hands and the small clumps in the litter would fall through the big holes.

Su Zooplus non l'ho trovata più in vendita. Mi sono "consolato" con Amazon … la paletta la trovo comoda e molto adatta al tipo di "sabbia" che uso per la lettiera dei miei due gatti. Purtroppo la conservo all'aperto sotto il sole cocente (d'estate) ed il freddo dell'inverno, motivo per cui dopo un annetto (mediamente) la plastica si cristallizza e sotto "sforzo" tende a spaccarsi.Ma vista la comodità ed il prezzo la ricompro più che volentieri.

I use this Scoop for the Oko Cat Litter Pellets (for longhaired cats) and it works great. It picks the clumps, and gently shaking it, lets the pellets slide thru.
