It’s very nice because I could see all my old pictures in my computer without any problem.

Scanner does not function correctly, but problem is with return, not product itself. After attempting to return item, was informed that I had you ship back to China at my own expense. Was given some crazy address that makes it unshippable by the post office.

all it will do is turn on and turn off. I have hooked it up to 2 different computers and neither will let this device enter Menu Mode. The instruction sheet included in the package is worthless because it assumes that you can get to the Menu Mode and offers no troubleshooting hints. Putting this one in the garbage and shopping for a reliable brand.
