DIP CODE PARING
The wired transmitter is very easy to pair with the receiver. You just need to have the wall control and the receiver with the same DIP code position, the pairing is completed. The default code is 0000 which is not recommended. And If your fan is turned on/off suddenly, it is possible that your neighborhood's remote activates this ceiling fan in your other rooms. Please change the DIP code.
Wide Compatible Light Dimmer
Just long press the Light/Dimmer button to dim the brightness of your ceiling fan light. The remote dimmer works with incandescent, halogen bulbs and dimmable LED/ CFL Lamps. Non-dimmable LED lights only have ON/ OFF function. Just dim the brightness as you like! No more getting up to turn the lights/fan off after reading in bed/sleeping!

EASY INSTALLATION
No need to take off the light kit and blades, but only 5 wires hookup: 2 wires for power input to the receiver, and 3 wires into the fan control the fan and light. Please check the size of the receiver to make sure that there is enough space for your fan canopy to cover it. The wall control can be easily replace your wall switch with simple AC in, out and ground connetion, no neutral wire needed.

Important Notes:
· If you have PULL CHAINS SWITCH, before using the wireless remote control, use the PULL CHAINS SWITCH to turn the wind speed to maximum and turn the fan light on.
· Please note the fan receiver does not have the function of reverse. However, if you want to reverse the direction of the wind, please pause the fan. After the blades are completely stopped, press the button on the motor.
· If you have multiple ceiling fans in your home, please make sure that the PIN code settings are different between them.

The switch is very nice, could be a little better designed, the placement of the light button is difficult to find in the dark, maybe if that button were illuminated I would like it more. The wiring in my switch box didn't allow to separate the fan and the light, so this switch with the remote receiver is great, don't have to worry about batteries or losing a small remote. Overall I like it very much.

Works good, a little tough to install sue to very limited space available in the low profile fan but it did fit within the fan housing.

8 years after moving in, I knew only that the lights did not come on when I hit the wall switch. It was finally time to solve the problem, and after several tries determined the receiver was inoperative. Rather than order another receiver I went with this 2-part unit. It looks better on the wall, it's a lot easier than a remote that gets misplaced, and it works great.It's an amazing tech bundle when you think about it. A radio transmitter inside the wall-mounted switch, communicating with a receiver unit that also contains separate pulse width modifiers to control the fan speed and light intensity. All that plus managing the voltage conversion - and all for less than $30!

This unit works perfectly. Just be sure you have the right one! Some have a dip switch system, and others don't. I like this unit as it make s an audible "Click!" from the fan when you press the button on the remote which indicates it has received the command from the remote.

This remote was very easy to install in approximately. 30 - 40 minutes. The instructions were very clear and the actual install was made easier due to the fact that all wires on the transmitter and receiver were clearly marked. As soon as I reapplied power the fan and light controls worked exactly as designed. Well designed and marketed product. Highly recommend!
