Didn’t even add a single bar to strength! Absolutely no difference in signal on or off! Very disappointing!

Easy to install, works good, contacted tech support, the first one I bought was the wrong band, they instructed me how to figure which band I needed, wish I talkedto them first.

Make sure you check to see what cell provider bands they use . You can google your provider and see that you get the cell booster that works for these providers . Once you put antenna up outside then you turn your insidenone tonpick up the better signal . You look under phone settings go to about phone and scroll down to SIM card status and click on it will show your signal strength on the inside antenna. You will have to move inside antenna until you get the least numbers showing on your phone and that will be a greater signal . I'm very happy with my purchase . I had one bar on my phone when staying away from home two weeks at the time and only had one bar. No one could reach me on my phone but now it works good My phone service is AT&T

Works, went from 2 bars to 4-5 bars and fairly easy to install, BUT .. you pretty much have to use your phone within 1-2ft of the indoor booster whip antenna. so if you are looking to create the tiniest good reception spot in your area, this is probably the solution you want. Looking for a better internal antenna, will update review on the rest once one is found and installed.

This is a good option for increasing signal in a room of the house or couple of rooms that are not able to receive well. Multiple antenna choices and clearly shows the LED readouts of the signal being received, which is nice. Also clear instructions on how to locate the closest antenna and align the outdoor included antenna to point correctly. Great customer service if you have questions as well!

Nope. Increased my signal from -104 to -74, but LG Phoenix 4 and Motorola g6 still wouldn't connect (we have the correct bands and carrier). The cable is pre-attached, so you'll either need to bore a 1" hole in your house to run the cable or cut the female end off and re-splice with special tools. The indoor whip antenna will only cover a few feet and signal drops to -110 when you're not right next to it. The instructions are not translated into English well and you'll need to guess at some of the instructions. For $200 this company should get an editor who understands written English! Also, as with all boosters, be prepared to climb onto your roof to install the antenna. You'll need something to clamp it to on the roof and some clips to attach the cable to your house's siding. If you're determined to buy this, test everything before permanently installing--you need two people to test it out. And unless you're in a tiny house, whip antennas are a bad idea. It's way too cold out now to be messing around with a booster that doesn't connect. I think we'll be buying from a more reputable company that has more internet presence, online install videos and better reputation. Boo!

It's working somewhat most of the time. Was a pain to get installed in our house, might be better with more cable. 50 ft just wasn't enough and we had to order extra.
