This cell phone signal booster, despite its promising features, ultimately failed to deliver the improved signal I desperately needed in my office. I've tried several boosters in the past, all without success, and this one unfortunately met the same fate.While it advertised support for a wider range of bands than previous models I've tried, it made no discernable difference in my office, where cell service is virtually non-existent. I had high hopes that this booster would finally solve my connectivity issues, but sadly, it didn't.Setup was fairly straightforward, although the vehicle-specific design presented a minor hurdle. The booster is powered by a 12V cigarette lighter adapter, which I had to accommodate with an additional adapter since my office obviously lacks a car outlet. Aside from this, installation was simple: connect the antennas to the booster box and power it up. The components each look to be quality products, well-constructed.Despite placing the external antenna in a location with strong signal strength, the booster failed to amplify the signal inside my office. I remain baffled as to why none of the boosters I've tried have been effective, but this latest attempt has left me feeling resigned to the reality of poor cell service in my workspace.

It never increased the cellphone signal. For a 5 star rating it was wrong. I followed the instructions and still no increase on my cellphone.
