Cable to attach the outside antenna cable to the main unit was not packed in the box so it was impossible to connect everything.

Easy to install. Only took about 15 minutes. Note: signal bars do not go up on your phone but is working. Worked much better than I thought.

Like it says, it is a booster, we use it all the time. We get what we want. To us is was worth the money.The system has to be reset, what we mean is turn your phone to airplane mode for a few seconds, this will set the phone to the booster.If you have the OTR system, keep your phone NEXT to the antenna. Due to FCC, it can only transmit a very limited space.If the is no signal, there will be nothing to boost.We Zoomed with it, we watched Netflix, and where we live there is really bad service, with the booster we can use the internet, and zoom.

We received this product in pieces in a plain brown box with no instructions or any information to know if all the product was even in the box. It was returned for a refund.

Missing multiple parts, cable pass through and the double male SMA connector. The anntenna sounds like there is a broken piece rattling around. Will have to purchase additional parts.
