I find this book very helpful in remembering the notes. I've already seen the difference in my practice since I've been steadily using it. I wish there were a second volume!

This is a solid no-nonsense cello note speller. Great for a dedicated student. Younger students would likely enjoy something with a few illustrations or humor thrown in better.

Great book to get students comfortable with note reading. After the students completed the exercises, I ask them to play the examples daily, and that seems to help.

I am new to the Cello, was looking for more information on tuning and playing. It is a good book to help you get started. It you don't have a piano and small keyboard will help you with the sounds you need to learn, especially tuning. A electronic tuner is ok when you are almost in tune, you don't want to pop your strings.
