Doesn’t give any relief and just like a regular pillow. Don’t waste your money.

I tore a neck muscle when I was younger and my neck has been off ever since. I will get neck pain often and when it is really bad I fight with my pillows all night and don't find a lot of relief. This pillow was like a dream since the first time I've used it. I sleep on my side, stomach, and back and this is amazing no matter the position. It is the first pillow I've used like this, but this is the first pillow I've had that has helped relieve any sort of pain. Cannot recommend enough. If you experience chronic neck pain this is worth a shot.

As a side and back sleeper, I am looking for a pillow that is comfortable in both positions. This one is not bad when I am on my back, but it does not support my head enough when I am on my side. When I'm on my side, my head drops down to meet the pillow, and my shoulder gets in the way. Other than that, this is a comfortable pillow. The pillow case also is not ideal. The top (white side) is well made and likely durable, but the grey bottom side feels like swim suit/lycra material, that I expect will stretch out and lose its shape over time.Overall, this is too thin to be a good pillow.

I guess I'm always tense or something, because my neck and shoulders are awful. I've tried other special pillows to try and give my poor neck a break, and some of them would work for awhile, until they didn't, and others just didn't do anything for me. I'm still a little undecided about this pillow... There are mornings when I wake up and I can tell my neck is already going to feel pretty good for the day, but the next day is never guaranteed. I think so long as I make sure that my head is placed right in the pillow, I'm good. But if I slide off/down a little or go too far off to one side or the other when I'm sleeping on my side, then my neck is right back to hurting. Problem is, I'm asleep, so it's hard to pay attention to such things. However, I've been sleeping with this pillow for a couple of weeks now, and I've noticed that my neck is hurting less and less often, so maybe it's just more of a process and not so much something that's going to work miracles overnight. I'm going to continue to use it to see if it really is the much awaited answer to my problem, and I'll try and update when I've figured out whether or not it's a for sure winner. For now, I'm crossing all my fingers that this pillow will actually be what I need.

This pillow is the cutest of the cervical neck pillows. It kind of looks like a seashell. And it feels pretty good at first. Once I get my head in the right position, I can fall asleep fairly easily. The problem comes in that it isn't firm or supportive enough to hold me in place and I wake up frequently through the night having slid or rolled off it and needing to reposition. I end up with broken sleep and a slight headache in the morning. A slight headache is better than I was getting with flat pillows, but it's not ideal. The dips where my head should go seem almost more cosmetic than supportive. I'm realize I'm the odd man out, so to speak, but I think it should be way more firm and supportive. Also, I've been sleeping on it for almost a week now and it still has that new memory foam smell.I will say that I love the case, though. It's soft and oddly cooling through the night.

I am very excited for this pillow . I know it isn’t required but it might help those who also have similar situations.I have been on the hunt for the perfect TRULY cooling cervical pillow as most night are restless due to congenital cervical stenosis that started with pain at 16 and escalated until at the ripe age of 33 it was so severe I required an ACDF ( Anterior Cervical Decompression To and Fusion (they cut through your neck to your spin scrape out the ruptured material that was once a disc and in my case with osteophyte complex due in part to degenerative disc disease) they also shaved down as many osteophytes (bone spurs) as they could as they were impinging on my spine, blocking or impinging upon nerves etc and finally they shave the bone to cause it to bleed so it will eventually Fuse with the screws and allograft etc they put in my back. Unfortunately, even though my doctor did a phenomenal job it is a degenerative disease and I now require more surgery. So I struggle with sleeping and as I said need a cervical pillow that is cooling as that not only eases my neck pain and spasms but also helps me stay asleep longer. This pillow is very comfortable and felt supportive. I thought it would be bigger but the size was fine and I didn’t struggle with positioning myself. As advertised the pillow feels nice and smooth and certainly cooler than a flannel or regular cotton case. I would absolutely recommend it and for most people that is enough but I am seeking a truly cool pillow as well as pillowcase so the case remains cool against my neck for at least an hour. I still think it is a lovely, great quality pillow, my back is just “a pain o. “ The neck” (pun intended). Hope this helps some people!
