The listing didn’t give me any indication as to this chainsaw chain sharpener not working on my chainsaw, but it didn’t. The two holes in my chain bar are just a little bit too small. So, the posts would not go in. Really close, but no cigar. Bummer. So, I went and tried it on a neighbor’s saw and luckily it fit. I really think they need to provide more details on whether it will or won’t work for the different chainsaws out there. The overall construction is pretty lightweight and using it on a moving chainsaw chain doesn’t give a lot of confidence. I would be more comfortable if it was steel construction. With the plastic casing it would not take much for a moving chainsaw chain to slice right through it, even a dull chain. It did work and it helped sharpen my neighbor’s chain. I would say it was not as effective as a normal job done with a chain file with respect to quality, but it did it super quick and it would be easy to carry this out in the field for a quick touch up. Still, it hits me as something of a gimmick and probably not a product I would find myself going to very much.

The seller is so nice. the accessories is enough with 8 whetstones, cleaning brush, and gloves. with video instruction it also works well on my one hole chain saw.
