This was easy to put together and took now damage clearing several porch roofs this winter. I usually drag out a ladder and use a shovel to clear off what I can, which is less than fun and defiantly not the safest way to clear a roof. Would defiantly buy again.

It is light enough that the wife has used it a couple times. The extensions are long enough and adjustable that I don't have to get on a high ladder at my age to clear the roof. I can get on about the first 3 steps of a small step ladder and reach the roof easily from closer to the ground.BUT, I also use it to clear the driveway of snow by pushing the snow to the side of the driveway. Overall, it works great and we don't have any complaints. Easy to store away with the included bag to store the extensions.

Guess I didn't notice when I ordered it, but why on earth is this whole thing made out of metal except for the most critical part? Seriously. The part that connects the rake to the pole is plastic. I'm sure it will last a while, but that will likely be the first thing to break.

Good rake, better than most. However mine broke right off add the head where you bolt the side braces together. Not sure if it was a defect or the snow was too heavy. Either way need to figure out how to repair or replace the broken part.
