Very well made, easy to assemble, and works well IF your roof is fairly steep. Useless if your roof has a shallow pitch, because then the snow won't slide. And you have to be able to see the surface of the roof-- with a more conventional roof rake, you can bring snow down even if you can't look right down on the surface of the roof, but with this, that's not going to fly.Anyway, good product if it fits your situation.

I used this to remove 18” of snow off the roof! It worked perfectly!

The assembly was quite reasonable and the instructions were good. They even provided some extra screws and nuts. Even at 30 feet it is rather sturdy. You don't have to use the entire length of the pole if you have a shorted section to work on. Just use fewer sections of pole. I found that working at arms length over my head my shoulders got pretty tired. But then I'm retired so I can take a break and then get after it again later. :o)

I waited to put this together and review it until we got a good dump of snow, and we got that in spades in January 2024 (17 inches total, which compacted down to about a foot by the time I was clearing it.)This tool worked as advertised, to neatly slice all but the bottom-most inch or two off of the roof. It worked both on the steep part of the roof and the part sloped only about 10 degrees. For the shallow-sloped part it helps to stand on a stepladder, several feet back from the edge of the roof. Sometimes the snow slid spontaneously, sometimes it had to be pulled back along with the rake, but I got a big pile of snow off at every pass of the rake. It's still a very physical job, but it's one-tenth the effort of shoveling, and without the risk of standing on the roof. The design works fairly well. You can choose the length of handle you need, in 4-foot (well, 130-cm) segments. Just like with a shovel, take it outside ahead of time and let the metal cool down below freezing before you start using it if you don't want it to get caked with ice. Get the extra long handle even if you don't think you need it. You will like being able to stand 10 feet back from the edge of your roof rather than standing right in the path of the falling snow. The wheels jam, of course; it might be better to have teflon coated skids rather than wheels. It would also help if there was a rubber grip on each of the handles past 15 feet, rather than only on the end.My only big complaints were with assembly. It has more parts than needed -- the 4-part aluminum frame could have been 1 or 2 parts and still fit in the same box -- and tightening all those screws and bolts with the provided tiny wrench was excruciating. If you buy this make sure you have your own adjustable wrench that will fit on a ~1/4" nut.

All of the pieces arrived intact. Goes together easily using common sense. Works as described. Matches the quality of other roof rakes I have used here a the farm. The plastic is a little more heavy duty than other brands. Used it on asphalt shingles, solar panels and even my plastic hoophouse without issue.

Decent Quality - Nice sturdy build - small wheels and bolts to attach the wheels may be an issue when used under heavy snow or icier conditions. The overall build is rather good, and the handle lengths are put together via sleeves that contribute to the rigidness of the handle.Only time will tell how well the head and rollers hold up over repeated use in all snow conditions. At this time, I have not had an opportunity to use throughout the season and will update review to include positive and negative issues as they come up.
