The pressure release valve is safety needed by all. You don't want blow back in your face using insecticide. Maintains pressure.

It’s easy to assemble and works great. It sprays nicely too.

Always had a high expectation for any Chapin sprayers and this did not disappoint. I love the 4 in 1 spray nozzle since i don't need to keep track of the extra nozzles other brands provide. Great design and functionality in my opinion. No leakage and well worth the money. I recommend this sprayer.

I purchased the Chapin Pump Sprayer for one purpose, to spray Kaolin Clay Powder on my young apple and fig trees. I have used the sprayer only once and it did the job very well. My only complaint is the pump itself was screwed down so tight to the tank, I thought I was going to break the handle.

I would rate a 0 if possible !! First time using it would not pressurize at all...called the company and they told me it had set in the warehouse at amazon and needed lubricated...ARE YOU KIDDING ME ??? I am so disappointed with the sprayer...junked it and will live with the cost...never again !!!

Great sprayer. I usually buy the $10.00 throw-aways. Paid a few extra dollars this time and got what I paid for and more. The multi nozzle is awesome! Love the big handle. Super comfortable!

Assembled with reasonable effort put into the connections. Pump it and could hear the air leaking out rapidly, almost as fast as I was pumping. Finally isolated the leaking to the top. Had to really twist the handle HARD to get it to seal, which it did, finally. Think that the handle will eventually break from having to twist it so hard to get it to seal. May send it back but will see how it goes.
