Does not work. Peppers fall out while cooking. Not to mention the one I recieved was not painted on one end.

I don't know what kind of jalapenos the rest of the US gets but the holes in this were too small for the Jalapenos that I get in my state.

Love the idea but if you’re using whole jalapeños, the openings aren’t large enough to hold them once they’re stuffed.

This is what I was looking for to make stuffed jalapeños! The holes are smaller then a lot of the large peppers tho so I have to remind myself to buy smaller peppers to fit in the holes

Only sized for small to medium sized peppers.

It feels solid and sturdy, haven't used it yet. But they should be more specific to name it "Jalapeño pepper roaster", not simply Pepper roaster, because it misleads into thinking you can use it with larger variety of peppers. The holes are barely the size of a nickel, so even a fat Jalapeño will not fit. Otherwise good tool for SMALL diameter peppers.

I grew tricked you jalapenos this season. They were the bets I have grown. Not the heat of the regular peppers but the flavor is the same. So I had so many that I made my own. The pepper roaster helped to keep them upright and the filling stayed in the pepper.
