This is a fine smoking matieral that provides a great surface area for maximum effectiveness when smoking. The ribs we made with these chips were rich in flavor and not overly 'smoky', which believe it or not is a quality many meat smokers look for.I like smoked meats to be rich and juicy, and not too strong - this batch of chips was amazing! Highly recommended!

I love the shredded texture of this smoking wood. Every piece is good - no punk / waste like most other brands. Generates a nice mellow smoke perfect for chicken or fish.

I have always smoked pork with hickory, but this peach wood lends a delicious, subtle flavor.

Love the Peach Chips (these large size are perfect). Purchased medium ones and were like sawdust - leaves smoked food with a sweet mild smoke.

The peach chips arrived as advertised..I tried them on 3 racks of baby back ribs and was pleased.. I initially thought the medium were too fine for water soaking (I have an electric smoker) but the chips did there job and provided solid smokeFlavor to my ribs .. I would recommend this product and will purchase again

If you're like me, you're probably saying to yourself... "Peach wood smoke? Whuuhhh???" and wondering what you would ever use this on. Well, after trying it on some pork roast and baby-back ribs, I've gone from curious skeptic to stark raving evangelist. These are some of the nicest, sweetest, most aromatic smoke chips I've ever used, giving a mild and delicious flavor that is beautifully present but not overpowering - similar to applewood, but a little sweeter and - yes, peachier. Smells amaaaaazing while your food is cooking - your neighbors will hate you for not inviting them over - and doesn't seem to catch fire too easily after soaking (a huge plus, heh!). I'm gonna try this wood out further on some homemade bacon this weekend (drool) and also give this a shot on some fresh caught yellowtail... don't think I can go wrong with either of those and this dee-licious smoke.Hope I don't sound like I'm gloating by naming what I'm cooking - just want to share what I used it on in hopes that it helps my fellow barbecuers with that they may want to try. Medium is pretty smallSmall must be sawdust.I suspect Large is the size that I wanted.We are talking chips here NOT CHUCKS
